3. Digital Guides and Downloadable Content

3.1 Digital Guides and downloadable content (including paid guides) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3.2 You may use purchased guides for personal use only. Redistribution or copying is not allowed.

4. Hardware Orders, Payments, Refunds and Returns

4.1 All orders placed through our site are processed securely.

4.2 Payments must be completed using the available payment methods at checkout.

4.3 Refunds: Refunds are only accepted within 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be refunded.

4.4 Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days after purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Unclaimed Packages / Failed Deliveries

If a customer fails to collect the package and it is returned to us by the courier service, the responsibility lies with the customer.

While we will do our best to assist, refunds are not accepted for orders returned due to non-collection, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missed delivery attempts

6. Address Changes

Address change requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be applied as your order may already be processing.
